Technavio recognizes the following companies as the key players in the Global BPM as a Service Market: Appian Corp., IBM Corp., OpenText Corp. and Pegasystems Inc. Other Prominent Vendors in the market are: Accenture, Adaptive Planning, Adeptia, Adobe Systems, Barium, BizFlow, BP Logix, Capgemini, Cognizant Tech Solutions, Colosa, CSC, e-Builder, Eccentex, Genpact, Integrify, Knowesia, Kofax, Lexmark International, Metasonic, Micropact, NorthgateArinso, Oracle, Perceptive Software, Progress Software, Questetra, Red Hat, SAP, Software AG, Tibco Software, Wipro and XMPro

In addition, such solutions can be fully integrated with backend systems, thereby allowing organizations to tackle a complete suite of services.”

According to the report, the need for improved business processes is one of the major drivers of the market. It ensures flexibility and technical integration through an innovative and comprehensive management platform.

Further, the report states that lack of awareness of the advantages of BPM as a service is one of the major challenges in this market. There is a large gap in understanding the benefits of BPM solutions between lower and upper-level management services, which leads to varied results and improper communication in organizations, and therefore the failure of BPM projects.

The study was conducted using an objective combination of primary and secondary information including inputs from key participants in the industry. The report contains a comprehensive market and vendor landscape in addition to a SWOT analysis of the key vendors.
