They are conducting a market study regarding the present and the near future of BPMS, BPM and BPaaS (Business Process as a Service).

Now they have already collected over 150 responses from professionals from over 20 different countries. Their goal is to reach 250 responses in order to have sufficient representation and meaning of the results.
