The 2017 RPA tools set Blueprint Snapshot

HfS Research collaborated with Blue Prism to coin the phrase and concept of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) back in 2012, and now they have evaluated the leading RPA tool providers from a market perspective rather than focusing on functions and features, and they have published  the 2017 RPA Blueprint Snapshot, where they  cover the innovation in service delivery with a focus on RPA, Cognitive Computing, and AI. The aim of this research is to drive a more holistic understanding of automation at large and RPA in particular, and to understand how providers are driving RPA across a diverse set of use case and into new scenarios such as Application Management.
