Different authors have defined different BPM maturity models (BPMM - Business Process Maturity Model) throughout history. The company can be guided in different BPM Maturity Models to evolve its process orientation. Then I do a comparison of several reference models. I include my model BPMM (Robledo, 2014) based on 7 key BPM success factors :
- STRATEGY: Aligning Processes to Enterprise Strategy
- PROCESS: Identification, Analysis, Modeling, Design and Process Automation. Including defining business rules and automated processes for decision-making.
